ALAN HARDING DESIGN
All of our taquerias embrace a spirit of revolution in their design, with an eclectic bohemian vibe created by the self-styled “celebrity chef without celebrity” Alan Harding. Credited with inventing the neighborhood Brooklyn bistro that has been so central to the hipster gestalt.
Alan has since devoted his keen sense of style and boundless, down-to-earth energy to restaurant consulting and design. He has created Oaxaca Taquerias with walls lined with remnant fabrics and built a found-it-on-a-street-corner look with reclaimed furniture and fixtures.
